• We have been in the business for many years and have closed thousands of transfers of real estate and thousands of refinances. 
• We settle anywhere you want, such as your new home, a realtor’s office or a bank. 
• We are client oriented.  If a client is receiving money and cannot come back to pick it up or does not want to attend closing, we will, upon written request, deposit the money for them in a local bank. 
• We also perform title searches for lending institutions, attorneys or other title companies.  Under the guidance of our local attorney we can prepare deeds, mortgages, agreements and other documents necessary to complete the real estate transaction.​
